Aroleap Fitness Private Limited (“Company”) owns and operates the website, www.aroleap.com (“Website”), the Aroleap Machine and the integrated Software therein (“Product”). Any reference made to “We”, “Our” and “Us” shall hereinafter refer to the Company. Any end user of the Website and/or the Product who accesses or uses the Website and/or the Product, will be termed as the “User”. It is hereby clarified that the term User shall not be restricted only to the buyer of the Product. Any reference to “You” and “Your” shall hereinafter refer to the User.


The Company is engaged in the business of selling the Product through the Website and providing other associated fitness-related services such as online fitness training. (“Services”)

Your access and/or usage of the Website and/or the Product, indicates that you have read, understood and agreed in full to this Privacy Policy. This is done through the use of cookies, pixel tracking and/or other techniques which helps Us collect information pertaining to a User’s activity on the Website and/or Product. Retention of Information by the Company

You shall be solely responsible for the failure to get Your Personal Information corrected or updated.
3. You may request us to practicably delete Your Personal Information and any account associated with Aroleap apps by sending us an e-mail on contact@aroleap.com.
4. You may request us to restrict the processing of Your Personal Information or raise objections related to the processing of Your Personal Information. In the event the restrictions requested impede us in providing the Services, we may not be able to provide you seamless Services and You shall not hold us liable for the same.
5. You may request that we transfer the Personal Information that We have collected to some other organization or directly to You.
